The firm is part of the C3 consortium which will deliver the project using Scotland’s non profit distributing financing model.
Its other consortium partners are 3i Infrastructure, which will provide some of the finance and SPIE FS Northern UK, which will deliver facilities management over the 25-year PPP deal.
The new £40m campus will be built on the former Diageo site, and will include facilities designed to be used by 5,000 students each year.
The project will create more than 170 construction jobs, apprenticeship places and numerous work placement and training opportunities.
