McLaren will start on both sites this month with completion scheduled in 2016.
At 25-32 Chancery Lane McLaren will build a new 8 storey commercial building for Harrowwood Assets Limited worth £37.5m.
The Chancery Lane façade will be retained and restored as part of the redevelopment whilst other new elevations will be clad in specialist glazing and feature terracotta.
The second award at 1 King William Street near Bank Station is for UD Europe Limited and worth £28m.
The site is the former home to Rothchilds who have now vacated and moved into their new signature International office beside the site.

The 1997 extension, behind a 1920’s Grade II listed building, will be 50% demolished from roof level to ground floor, leaving just a core structure.
This will then be replaced with a new primary structure, which when finished, will be clad in handmade brick.
Phil Pringle, Managing Director, McLaren Construction, said: “These projects see us furthering our commercial project pipeline within key locations in London.”
