The Greenfaulds High School project was lets under the Hub South West Scotland arrangement for North Lanarkshire Council.

Morrison will carry out the construction, providing a like for like replacement of the existing high school and also invest £700,000 in the funding for the project.

The heart of the building is the central space consisting of a hall, social, dining and internal courtyard.

These spaces have been designed to also work together providing opportunities for performance, drama, conference and social events.

Galliford Try Executive Chairman, Greg Fitzgerald said: “The successful financial close of Greenfaulds High School follows closely behind the announcement by North Lanarkshire Council to award Morrison Construction a place on their £100m framework.”
