The Essex based firm has picked-up contracts worth £26.8m in the last two months.
Contracts secured include an £8.8m repair and maintenance deal with Poplar Harca over a ten year period and a £6.8m Decent Homes Kitchen and Bathroom Refurbishment job over two years with Wandle Housing.
Chigwell has also landed a £9m Decent Home Kitchen and Bathroom Refurbishment over five years with Shepherds Bush Housing Group and £2.2m of Repair and Maintenance contracts with Wenlock Barn Tenant Management Organisation.
Wenlock Barn manager David Nkurmah said: “We were very impressed with Chigwell’s Head Office set up which includes a call centre and their own builders merchants.

“A number of social housing providers we spoke to prior to awarding the contract have backed this up and we look forward to working with Chigwell.”
