It caps off a £30m-plus haul of contract wins since the start of September for the £110m turnover contractor headquartered in Northern Ireland.
The 55,000 sq ft STEMLab will enable the University to enhance teaching space and laboratories. Opening in 2017 it will contain new engineering, physics, chemistry and bio laboratories for students.
STEMLab, which will be the cornerstone of a £25m investment in a ‘student learning zone’ at the west end of Loughborough’s campus.
