The BPM framework will cover delivery, laying and recycling of bound pavement materials for base, binder course and surface course as well as principle contractor/design services.
Highways England will take a regional approach with suppliers offering several different lot structures and is inviting SME’s as well as larger national suppliers to attend the event on the 11 February in Birmingham.
All potential suppliers will be given an overview of the proposed structure of the new arrangement and gain views on the challenges in implementing the replacement contracts and workability of the future contract arrangements.
