Just Bouygues retained its place on the major projects panel from the previous three contractor partners ,with Carillion and Laing O’Rourke now bowing out.
This time around the major project lot has been split among six firms rather than three. Bowmer & Kirkland, Morgan Sindall and Willmott Dixon have all won places for the first time on the mega framework, which is used for the 21st Century Schools Programme.
