Gandy started this week at Kier’s Construction business and is responsible for over 100 sites, covering its London, Southern and Western and Wales divisions.

He brings 34 years experience in the industry. As well as being managing director of Balfour Beatty in the London area for 18 months, Gandy also previously worked for Lendlease as managing director for its England and Wales activities and has also held senior roles at Carillion and Multiplex.
