Sisk will deliver 677 apartments split across 12-storey and 17-storey buildings at the former BBC site.
The project forms part of the first phase of the £750m Oxford Road mixed-use development that offers office, retail, serviced apartments and flats.
Builder Wates Construction is presently on site delivering a 600-bed student accommodation scheme, which is due to complete this September.
The Affinity Living brand is scheduled to deliver over 1,800 apartments in Manchester alone over the next three years with a combined development value of £644m.
Chief commercial officer, Mark Oakes, said: “With huge growth plans and an ambitious delivery pipeline across the country, we want to work with partners who share the same drive and determination; we believe Sisk are just that.
“We are looking forward to the team starting on site and seeing Affinity Living, Circle Square come to life.”
