Construction on the £48m Dock 5 development in Salford is set to start before the end of this year as the procurment process gets underway.
The scheme is being built by ForLiving and will include 389 apartments and feature onsite cinema rooms, a residents’ lounge and a gym.
The eight-storey scheme in Fairbrother Street, Ordsall, has been designed by architect Falconer Chester Hall.

Dock 5 is due to be completed in 2023.
