Towe joins Atkins from Morgan Sindall Investments, where he played a key role in forming the Morgan Sindall HB Villages joint venture, rolling out its supported living, extra care and social housing development businesses.
He brings 30 years’ experience in the development industry, having held positions as land director and managing director for some of the biggest names in UK residential development.
MetroHome is targeting local authorities, helping to identify and unlock small parcels of land to build affordable homes faster and cost-effectively.
Its model allows authorities to retain land ownership ensuring the homes stay in public ownership throughout their lifetime and employ offsite production techniques.
