Work has been split into two lots on the new framework, one covering major projects valued from £5m-£50m and the other smaller jobs worth less than £5m.
The agency has stuck will the big names in the sector despite hoping to pick eight partners for its smaller works lot.

The Next Generation Supplier Arrangements have been set up to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of capital project delivery and asset management.
The new framework offers a new incentivisation mechanism, based on NEC4 forms of contract, to encourage an integrated approach to delivering the capital programme outcomes.
The new arrangement will run until March 2023.
