The body was formed in 2010 with five founding housing provider members, which now have a combined property stock of around 2.5 million properties.
These typically consist of a mixture of domestic housing stock, communal and corporate buildings, hospitals, student accommodation, universities and depots.
The planned Property Improvements Framework has been split into the following core lots;
Lot 1 – Planned Domestic Property Improvement Works (Value £300m)
Lot 2 – Corporate and Commercial improvement Works (Value £15om)
Lot 3 – Void Property Repairs and Improvement Works (Value £250m)
Lot 4 – Kitchen and Bathroom Improvement Works (Value £250m)
The initial term will run for 50 months from the start of 2020.
Prequalification documents are available from the Xantive procurement portal and must be returned by 14 October.
