The Newhams Yard scheme will be built at 151-157 Tower Bridge Road and consist of three buildings of up to 10 storeys with retail, restaurants on the ground floor.

The newly-consented plans provide for 86 luxury apartments, alongside 143 aparthotel residences.

The first phase of apartments is due to be completed next summer.
