Developer Osborne+Co is behind the scheme which will be built at Argyle Street on a site that has laid derelict for 20 years.
Designed by Glasgow-based architects Cooper Cromar, the overall scheme will provide approx. 270,000 sq ft of Grade A office space over 14 storeys.
The Glasgow office of Atelier Ten is M&E consultant on the project with Woolgar Hunter Engineers providing structural design and AECOM on board as quantity surveyors.
Will Hean, development director, Scotland for Osborne+Co, said: “We are delighted to now be in a position to progress this impressive office scheme onwards towards the construction phase.”
Acquired by Osborne+Co and JV partners Scotsbridge Holdings in 2018, the development will see this long-neglected site connected back to the city through infrastructural improvements, including support of the Argyle Street ‘Avenues’ project and surrounding cityscape.
Osborne+Co is currently working on 15 projects in seven countries, including an ambitious £400m placemaking project in Belfast city.
