Steve Cresswell left after five years at Kier to join the growing south east housing developer and contractor as chief operating officer.

Cresswell ran three offices at Kier’s southern division turning over around £200m. Before Kier, he worked for Miller Construction as an area director in the south of England for a short time and previous to that spent eight years at Morgan Sindall.

Thakeham Homes is presently working up up plans to build 3,500 houses in a new ‘garden community’ at West Grinstead in Surrey.
