J.D. (Jonathan) Wilkinson will take up the role at the presently loss-making division from October and will join the group executive committee.

Wilkinson is currently president of infrastructure at international consultant SNC-Lavalin, based in Montreal, Canada.

He previously held senior positions with Laing O’Rourke, Kier and May Gurney, respectively as managing director UK Infrastructure, executive director Services and managing director.
