Sir Robert McAlpine is construction manager on the scheme for developer Stanhope on behalf of investors Mitsui Fudosan and Alberta Investment Management Corporation.
Construction is scheduled to be completed at the end of 2022 and six floors of the building are pre-let to L’Oréal UK and Ireland.
Gateway Central has been designed by Allies and Morrison with a total floor space of over 260,000 sq ft.
