Originally built in the 1970s, the regeneration of the 1970s Sherwood Close Estate was started by Lovell four years ago, which built around 70 homes.
Over the next two years, Durkan will construct four apartment blocks, creating over 100 mixed-tenure affordable homes, as well as a new community space for use by residents.
Construction is expected to start in January 2021.
The firm will also landscape the development, including a communal courtyard, and create a parking area for residents.
Durkan will be working closely with both Clarion Housing Group and Ealing Council to create long-term training and employment opportunities for local residents.
Jim Briggs, managing director of Construction, Durkan, said: “Our aim is always to have a positive, lasting impact on the communities around our construction sites and so the work we’ll be doing together with Clarion and Ealing Council to provide meaningful training programmes is a critical part of the project.”
