He will join nmcn after April replacing John Homer who stood down last September just before the business announced heavy losses.
Marks has been Group commercial director at £573m turnover NG Bailey since May 2013.
He brings over 30 years’ experience working in all areas of construction.
Prior to joining NG Bailey, he worked as a commercial director at Galliford Try within its building division. Before that he held director roles at Laing O’Rourke and Crown House Technologies.
