Contractors Axis, United Living and Mulalley & Co retain their places in the shake-up that see a dozen firms awarded spots on the framework.

Work will include installation, repair, replacement, adaptation and improvement of properties, blocks and commercial units.

The framework has been split into two lots depending on whether work is architect-led or contractor design and build.

Works include but are not limited to the structure, external envelope, any internal and external areas and components including any mechanical, electrical or plumbing systems.
