The major office deal is its second to be signed off this week after confirming an £83m contract with Royal London Asset Management to build two separate office and residential buildings behind New Oxford Street in London.
At Canary Wharf, Skanska will carry out the structural refurbishment of the existing 11-storey commercial-office building.
Works will include installing new cladding, constructing three new office floors and a new reception, lifts and plant.
The building is targeting environmental standards to achieve BREEAM Outstanding and the WELL Building Standard Platinum.
Work will begin this month and is scheduled to complete in the last quarter of 2022.
Demolition specialist McGee has been on site since last May carrying out the soft-strip and demolition works for developer Quadrant and its joint-venture partner Oaktree Capital Management.
This work included the removal of two storeys from the 62m tall building, above the 11th floor slab while keeping the existing floor slab intact.
