Spence joined then as Ramboll’s managing principal for the UK Environment & Health practice and now takes up the chief role following Mathew Riley’s ascension from UK MD to Ramboll’s group executive board with responsibility for the UK, Germany, Denmark, Finland, Sweden and Norway.

Spence is a recognised industry expert and senior leader with a background in delivering complex sustainability, environmental and social projects for clients across a multitude of sectors.
She was previously a senior partner at environmental consultant ERM and sits on the advisory board of the Environmental Industries Commission.
