Ameon is working on the 23-storey Plot C1 for main contractor Morgan Sindall.

The specialist is responsible for the design, build and installation of all mechanical and electrical services systems in the tower, serving 211 one and two-bedroom apartments and the building’s communal spaces.

A photo-voltaic panel array will also be mounted on the roof of the development to provide solar power, in support of the tower’s energy needs.

The work on Plot C1 is the fourth residential development in New Bailey for Ameon since 2015, and the second project working with Morgan Sindall.
