An early market engagement will take place on 15 June with interested firms, with the plan to invite tenders this August.
MoJ buyers estimate the Constructor Services Framework could be worth £2.5bn over a five years, with the possibility of £1bn of extra spend if extended for two years.
Firms that secure spots on the multi-lot regional and project value panels will deliver a mix of new build, refurbishment, maintenance and minor works.
The latest iteration of its construction services arrangement will be used to promote the Government Construction Strategy 2025, the Construction Playbook and wider construction-related government guidelines along with supporting the government’s net zero carbon commitments.
Firms interest in the Market Engagement session should complete a short registration form by 17:00 on Friday 11 June.

Earlier this month the MoJ also announced plans to establish a new dynamic purchasing system framework for minor works valued up to £1m, but most around the £500,000 value.
This will be open to an unlimited number of smaller firms and is expected to be worth up to £250m over four years.
