He joined the Colas Group in 2002, and rose through the ranks to become Colas UK executive director of national and regional operations including highways projects, aviation, asset management and other specialist processes in 2020.

In 2020 this was extended to include industrial activities through quarrying activity and the bituminous products business.

An experienced civil engineer with over 26 years in the transport industry, Lahmamsi has considerable operational experience at a senior level with a proven track record of growing sustainable businesses with Colas in Morocco.
