Caledonian went into administration last month but was bought by JRL Group last week.
Administrators Alvarez & Marsal said the new ownership deal would save 200 jobs.
But the Enquirer understands staff have still been leaving despite the takeover.
Taking to LinkedIn, one former employee who left on Friday said “it’s wholesale change” while another added “the casualties continue to rack up” and another described “watching the talent drain from our old stomping ground.”
Another told the Enquirer: “I have no idea what is going on.
“I was told to wait at home for news when the firm originally went into administration and I’m still waiting now despite the new ownership.”
When the deal was announced Mike Denny, Managing Director, Alvarez & Marsal, said: “We are delighted to have secured a sale of the business to JRL Group, rescuing the UK’s largest modular construction specialist. We wish the business and its new owners every success for the future.”
JRL has been contacted for comment.
