The move means new ownership for 100 O’Donovan employees as Sortera continues its expansion strategy across Europe.

The acquisition will see Sortera’s turnover increase to £165m.
Latest results for the year to June 30 2021 show O’Donovan made a pre-tax profit of £1.88m from a turnover of £17.76m.
