M&E specialist gears up for £16m Aston Martin package

E7 Building Services is starting work on a £16m MEP design & build works for Aston Martin Cognizant Formula One Teams’ new headquarters at Silverstone being built by McLaren Construction.

E7 will be handling the full MEP design & build alongside specialist research & development installation, including BMS and EMS systems, specialist gases, local extract ventilation systems & photovoltaic systems.

E7 will work alongside McLaren and Aston Martin F1 to deliver the first Smart Factory in Formula One with the building services critical to providing a test centre for a competitive Formula 1 car.

The project is in line for a May 2023 completion.
