Plans for Makers’ Yard have been designed by architect Scott Brownrigg and will regenerate an underused brownfield site at Commerce Road along Grand Union Canal.

The project provide 111 new homes 2,400 sq m light industrial space.

In line with Hounslow London Council’s Climate Emergency Action Plan, the scheme responds to environmental factors and adopts a fabric first approach.

Other sustainable measures include water reduction systems, rainwater harvesting and heating via a sustainable air source heat pump.
