Among the top level management changes, Balfour Beatty highways and major projects chief Stephen Tarr is taking on extra executive responsibility for the Balfour Beatty Ground Engineering, Power Transmission & Distribution and Rail businesses in the new role of chief executive officer, Transport, Energy & Power Major Projects.
Balfour Beatty said the change would bring energy and transport major project capabilities under one executive leader in the contractor’s targeted growth markets.
