He joins in the newly-created role of regional director for London in January responsible for the operational delivery of Kier’s commercial and residential projects across the capital.

Wright has over 30 years’ experience in construction holding senior roles at Ardmore, Mace and most recently nearly seven years at Laing O’Rourke, where recent successes include the delivery of the Brunel Building.

His appointment comes amid a period of growth for Kier in the London blue-chip commercial and residential market, securing over £200m of new contracts which are either on site or in pre-construction.
