The privately run prison is managed by Onley Prison Services Limited and operated by G4S Care & Justice Services Limited, on behalf of the Ministry of Justice.

“We look forward to working with G4S and the MoJ to deliver this expansion to HMP Rye Hill, improving facilities for staff, prisoners and visitors.”
Rye Hill is a category B men’s prison housing sex offenders near Rugby. It was built by Carillion and opened in 2001.
