Ameon and its sister company Ameon Utilities have been awarded the contract by main contractor, Galliford Try.
The building services phase will bring the new state-of-the-art academy to life with the installation of mechanical and electrical services infrastructure, including a building management system, domestic hot water and low temperature water services, air conditioning, mechanical ventilation, hybrid natural ventilation heat recovery and public health services.
Electrical services will provide power and lighting (including low-voltage and emergency lighting) to all areas of the school campus, plus data, fire and intruder systems, CCTV, facilities for the disabled, access controls and lightning protection.
