The council is on the hunt for up to six firms to deliver schools, blue light and other public sector new-build and refurbishment project across southern England.
Successful firms will see the four-year framework start in July 2023 with an estimated total spend of £200m.
Existing partners include Beard, Kier, Morgan Sindall and Wates Smartspace.
The third-generation framework has been split into two lots. Lot 1 worth around £100m will consist of mainly extensions, refurbishments, and alterations to existing schools, although work to housing and blue light services is also included in the scope.
Lot 2 will cover residential-led construction works aimed at helping improve the delivery of smaller scale housing-led schemes in Hampshire and neighbouring counties. Extensions, refurbishments, and alterations to other types of buildings is also covered.
The project scope covers projects of 25-35 units or up to £6.5m.
The majority of the works from the framework will utilise the two stage open book approach, although this new ICF will also offer single stage lump sum as an option.
