The partner firms will focus on homes and support schemes across a number of priority estates.

Thirteen’s executive director of assets Paul Jenkins said: “With some exciting large-scale projects planned, the partnership will support the growth of our home investment and decarbonisation plans, which will improve the energy efficiency and reduce the carbon footprint of our homes.

The contract forms part of Thirteen’s plans to invest over £300m across almost 25,000 homes within 15 local authority areas in the next five years.
