The North Wales Construction Partnership, led by Denbighshire County Council, is inviting firms to bid for spots on the third-generation North Wales Construction Framework.
The anticipated value of the programme is up to £600m and includes new school buildings and public sector projects planned by six North Wales authorities.
The new framework will come into force in June 2024 and be in place for four years, with a break clause to review after the first two years.
It has been split into seven lots covering several value bands and specialist social housing delivery work.
Lotting structure
- Lot 1: £250k to £2m
- Lot 2: £2m to £5m
- Lot 3: £5m to £10m
- Lot 4: £10m to £15m
- Lot 5: Over £15m
- Lot 6H – Social housing up to 10 housing units
- Lot 7H – Social housing – Over 10 Units
The framework fosters collaborative working and allows clients, contractors, design teams and the supply chain to work together.
Main contractors including Seddon, Kier, Willmott Dixon, Galliford Try and Wates secured places on the previous framework alongside a host of local firms.
Firms have until 2 October to submit bids.
