In the UK it has sold its 49.5% interest in the energy from waste facility at Javelin Park near Gloucester to partner Urbaser Investment, while in the US it sold a 50% interest in the Moretti multifamily housing community in Birmingham, Alabama to Henssler Capital.
The firm said the proceeds from each sale are above the prior valuation and fit with group strategy to optimise value through the disposal of operational assets, while continuing to invest in new asset opportunities.
