Ilke Homes went into administration last June with massive debts including £68m to Homes England and £17m to subcontractors and suppliers.
The Ilke Homes website has now been updated including a new brand called Homespace.
The website states: “Homespace was born through the completion of a strategic asset purchase agreement, taking ownership of Ilke’s trademarks, Design IP, Modular stock, and technology patents.
“Over the course of its six-year lifespan, Ilke homes delivered over 1,000 high-quality energy-efficient homes across the UK utilising their extremely innovative modular manufacturing practices and Design for Manufacture and Assembly (DfMA) technology.
“Homespace has a full complement of development management experience to manage all stages of the project lifecycle, from site identification, through planning and finally to site commencement.
“Our dedicated regional development teams and national partnerships team lead both development-led package deals and homes-only superstructure orders (delivery and install), D&B turnkey construction packages, partnerships and joint ventures.
“Our end-to-end offering means we can meet tight deadlines, thanks to our teams taking full control of the construction programme, helping to access revenue streams as early as possible.”
The only contact details on the website are an email address in Ireland.
One creditor said: “I’m fuming and so are a lot of other people owed money.
“The website is full of Ilke projects boasting about their succcess – when Ilke actually went bust leaving debts all over the industry.”
