Chinese contractor BCEGI ranked second as the expected contractor to build the new Chinese Embassy in London which was resubmitted for planning after being turned down two years ago.

If the application is approved BCEGI will transform the old Royal Mint site in the City of London in to one of China’s largest worldwide embassies.

John Sisk came in third place after beating Mace and ISG to land the £150m fit-out deal on an office and life sciences centre opposite King’s Cross station in London for global healthcare giant MSD.
