The firm has been in business for 25 years and is the main distributor for COLT louvre and solar shading products in the UK.
The ALPS website said: “With our extensive technical expertise and experience in this complex industry we deal directly with contractors, architects and consultants to offer design recommendations and value engineered solutions from initial enquiry through to full installation.”
The firm hit the headlines in 2021 when its former financial controller was jailed for 16 months for embezzling nearly £65,000 from the business.
ALPS is understood to employ around 30 staff.
