Construction work for client Cinnamon Care Collection will start next month with completion anticipated in August 2026.

The project, managed by Construction Project Management Consultants Fed3 Projects, will transform a brownfield site into a 73-bed scheme featuring 10 premium care suites.

Kori will be hiring locally, engaging with local suppliers and offering apprenticeships and training opportunities to young people.
