The Total Facilities Management Framework will run until November 2028 offering services including roofing, mechanical work and decorating

It will be managed on behalf of contracting authority Red Kite Learning Trust and allow public sector organisations across sectors including education, leisure, healthcare, emergency services and local authorities to procure a range of soft, hard or total (combined) facilities management services.
