Maslow Capital is supporting the plan to construct a 264-bed student accommodation project alongside 30 affordable homes and 9,000 sq ft of commercial space.
The overall design will enhance the setting of the famous Roundhouse music venue.
Four proposed buildings, designed in collaboration with DSDHA, will reach 12 storeys at the highest point.
The student digs will feature three drum-shaped buildings paying homage to the historical context of the area.
Marc Eden, investment director at Regal, said: “This scheme exemplifies our strategy of integrating best-in-class design, ESG leadership, and connectivity to meet the evolving demands of students and residents.
“The speed and efficiency of this funding process reflects Maslow’s execution expertise and our shared focus on delivering high-yielding, resilient assets in structurally undersupplied markets.”
