Its new £300m Development and Design Partnership Framework will be used to provide services and works for Northern Powerhouse Rail, the Integrated Rail Plan, Network North and the Eastern Region.
Selected firms will offer a range of services from professional development, design, technical, and services to deliver engineering stage 1 to 5
The initial term of the DDPF is five years with an option to extend the framework by yearly increments up to a further three years.
