AmcoGiffen has taken the lead on the Civils Reactive and Minor Works Framework, securing a deal estimated at £150m over the next four years.
The contract will see AmcoGiffen deliver a wide range of urgent and planned infrastructure works – including drainage, embankment repairs, bridge strengthening and tunnel maintenance.
Meanwhile, Commercial Property Maintenance Services (CPMS) has been awarded the separate Buildings Reactive and Minor Works Framework, covering stations and railway buildings.
Valued at up to £70m, the deal includes everything from emergency callouts to planned preventative maintenance and refurbishment works.
Both contracts include the option for a one-year extension and will be critical to keeping Scotland’s railway infrastructure safe, serviceable, and running smoothly around the clock.
