The contractor appointment comes after Tungsten Properties secured development forward funding of £26m from Leftfield for the scheme.
The six-acre site will contain two industrial warehouses of 100,555 sq ft and 23,275 sq ft.
Construction will start this month with practical completion due in January 2026.
