The luxury residential scheme on the Seagrave Road car park site will be the first block of Sir Terry Farrell’s £3bn masterplan for Earls Court for Capital and Counties to be delivered.
The Enquirer understands that Colorminium will be responsible for delivering a high specification façade that includes triple glazed, structural curtain walling, sliding doorsets, pre-fabricated balconies, balustrading and aluminium cladding.
Precast specialist Thorp and concrete frame contractor PC Harrington are also understood to have picked-up packages on the site which is currently being cleared by Keltbray.
Colorminium is due to start on site in August with completion set for next summer.
Colorminium Construction Director, Kieran Mallinson declined to comment on the details of the contract but said “the company are pleased with the landmark win and the opportunity to contribute to such a prestigious scheme.”
