Canary Wharf Construction signed the firm up for the 700,000 landmark office tower, which has already gained outline planning consent.

The project is not expected to go-ahead until a significant pre-let, although is similar sized sister building 1 Bank Street is moving to construction start, with enabling works on a cofferdam well underway.

The primary tenant at 10 Bank Street (above left) will have the opportunity to tailor the layout to suit its occupational requirements, and may also choose to align the façade with its corporate branding.

WSP | Parsons Brinckerhoff, which was the engineer for the Shard and New York’s Freedom Tower, is currently working on several high rise buildings in the capital including 22 Bishopsgate and Meridian Gate, and many more across the world.
