Work will get underway in September on the five-year deal which has the option of a further ten-year extension.
The contract is believed to cover annual works of around £14m delivering planned maintenance and construction works for South East Water’s above ground assets including water treatment works, boreholes and pumping stations.
The parent companies in the JV are are Enisca Limited and J Browne Construction.
Enisca is a specialised MEICA service provider while J Browne Construction is an experienced water utility contractor with an extensive civil engineering capability in London and the Sout East.
Both businesses have successfully worked with South East Water through their AMP 5 programme.
